TERM OF SERVICE

  • 1. Payment & Process

  • - Payment methods: Wise, PayPal, Kofi

  • - Please provide clear brief with descriptions and image references. I do not accept text-only descriptions or requests beyond my skill

  • - 70% deposit is required after sketch approval.

  • - The deadline will start after the deposit is received.

  • are included (only small details). More than 2nd time redraw will be charged.

  • - Workflow: Commission confirmation → Sketch → Sketch approval & deposit → Final artwork

  • 2. Waitlist & Slot Policy

  • - Waitlist: Your commission slot will be canceled if you do not respond within 1 week after I notify you that it is your turn, or if you choose to cancel voluntarily.

  • 3. Usage & Rights

  • - This is a personal-use commission only.

  • - Commercial use is not allowed unless discussed in advance.

  • - Commercial pricing:

  • Promotional use (branding, social media, streaming assets): ×2 total price

  • Merchandise, product printing, or commercial advertising: ×3 total price

  • 4. Delivery

  • - You will receive the final files via email, including:

  • 1 PNG without watermark

  • 1 PNG with watermark

  • Commercial commissions will additionally receive the PSD file

  • 5. Client Rights & Responsibilities

  • - You may post the commissioned artwork on any social media platform with proper credit.

  • - Reselling, transferring, or redistributing the commission is strictly prohibited.

  • 6. Artist Rights

  • - I will add a watermark before posting the artwork on my social media.

  • - I reserve the right to use the commissioned artwork as commission samples / portfolio, unless private status is requested in advance.

  • 7. Privacy, Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • - If you require the commission to remain private, please inform me before starting.

  • - Please do not cancel the commission.

  • - If the client cancels after sketch approval, the deposit will not be refunded. However, you will receive the watermarked sketch (for personal use only; resale is prohibited).

  • - If I cancel the commission, i will return full deposit, and you will own the existing sketch. You may edit it or commission another artist to finish it, but reselling is strictly prohibited.

  • - By commissioning me, you agree to follow my Terms of Service. I do not work under any other Terms of Service.

  • - There's NO REFUND or RESEND the the artwork once the transaction is complete

  • 8. AI Usage

  • Do NOT use commissioned artwork for AI training, feeding, or generate

TERM OF SERVICE

  • 1. Giao dịch & Quy trình:

  • - Hình thức thanh toán: Chuyển khoản ngân hàng, PayPal, Kofi

  • - Vui lòng mô tả rõ yêu cầu và gửi kèm hình ảnh tham khảo.

  • - Không nhận commission chỉ mô tả bằng lời hoặc vượt quá khả năng của mình.

  • - Cọc trước 70% sau khi chốt sketch.

  • - Thời gian sketch: Tối đa 3 tuần (tuỳ loại commission).

  • - Deadline được tính sau khi nhận cọc.

  • - Chỉnh sửa: Sau khi chốt sketch, bạn có 2 lần sửa miễn phí. Từ lần sửa thứ 3 trở đi sẽ tính thêm phí.

  • - Workflow: Xác nhận nhận commission → Sketch → Chốt sketch & cọc → Final

  • 2. Waitlist & Slot

  • - Waitlist: Slot commission sẽ bị huỷ nếu sau 1 tuần kể từ khi mình nhắn tới lượt mà bạn không phản hồi, hoặc nếu bạn chủ động huỷ slot.

  • 3. Quyền sử dụng & Thương mại

  • - Đây là commission sử dụng cá nhân, không dùng cho mục đích thương mại.

  • - Nếu có nhu cầu sử dụng cho mục đích thương mại, vui lòng báo trước.

  • - Giá commission thương mại:

  • Dùng cho quảng bá (branding, stream, mạng xã hội): ×2 tổng giá

  • Dùng cho in ấn, sản phẩm kinh doanh, quảng bá thương mại: ×3 tổng giá

  • 4. File bàn giao

  • - Bạn sẽ nhận file qua email, bao gồm:

  • 1 file PNG không watermark

  • 1 file PNG có watermark

  • Commission thương mại sẽ được có thêm file PSD

  • 5. Quyền & Nghĩa vụ của Khách

  • - Bạn có thể đăng tranh commission lên bất kỳ mạng xã hội nào, bắt buộc credit.

  • - Không được bán lại, chuyển nhượng hoặc phân phối lại commission dưới mọi hình thức.

  • 6. Quyền của Artist

  • - Mình sẽ gắn watermark khi đăng tranh lên mạng xã hội.

  • - Mình có quyền sử dụng tranh commission làm sample / portfolio, trừ khi đó là commission private.

  • 7. Comm riêng tư, Refund & Huỷ commission

  • - Nếu bạn có lý do cần commission ở chế độ private, vui lòng báo trước khi bắt đầu.

  • - Vui lòng không huỷ commission. Nếu bạn huỷ sau khi đã chốt sketch, mình không hoàn lại tiền cọc. Bạn sẽ nhận được bản sketch có watermark (chỉ dùng cá nhân, không được bán lại).

  • - Nếu mình là người huỷ commission, mình sẽ hoàn lại toàn bộ tiền cọc. Bạn được quyền sở hữu bản sketch trước đó và có thể tự chỉnh sửa hoặc nhờ artist khác line/tô, nhưng tuyệt đối không được bán lại.

  • - Bạn mua comm mình phải tuân thủ TOS của mình, mình không làm việc theo TOS của bất kỳ ai khác

  • - Không renfund hay gửi lại tranh sau khi đã giao dịch xong

  • 8. AI

  • Nghiêm cấm sử dụng tranh commission cho AI (training, feed, generate dưới mọi hình thức).
